Lume - Concept Art 01

This little guy is called Lume - he's a Lumie, a small squidlike creature that lives deep underwater where no natural light ever penetrates. He's about the size of your thumb.

I had a dream about this little fellow and his people, bobbing along in the deep, going about his business mining glowing crystals for light with his friends when he was chased by one of those Skeletal glowing fish through the cavern and stumbled upon an angel-fish girl who was lost and alone, promising to take her back up to the light. Does anybody else think that might be a fun story to put into some medium or other? If so let me know
